Privacy Policy

The Platform by BSG ("the Platform") is an internal business application operated by Believe Sports Group ("BSG", "we", "us"). It is used by BSG staff, agents, and represented athletes to manage rosters, contracts, communications, calendars, and business operations.

• Account information — name, email address, role, title, and profile details provided when an account is created or invited by an administrator.
• Athlete and business records — roster details, dates of birth, contacts, contract documents, notes, calendar events, prospect records, and financial entries entered by authorized BSG users.
• Messages and attachments — content sent through the Platform's messaging feature.
• Technical data — basic log and error information generated when the app is used, used to keep the service running.

The Platform does not use third-party advertising networks and does not sell personal information.

• To operate athlete representation and agency workflows.
• To authenticate users and control what each role can see and do.
• To deliver notifications and account emails (such as invites and password resets).
• To diagnose problems, maintain security, and improve the service.

Accounts are created by invitation from a BSG administrator; there is no public signup. Access is scoped by role — administrators, agents, and athletes each see a different subset of records. Athlete users can view their own profile and related records. Financial records are restricted to administrators.

We use third-party infrastructure providers to host the application, database, file storage, authentication, and transactional email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Records are retained for as long as an account or business relationship is active, or as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. Administrators can remove users and records from within the Platform. To request deletion of your account or personal information, contact us using the details below.

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with our hosting provider. Database access rules restrict records to authorized roles, contract files are stored in a private bucket, and administrative functions require an authenticated administrator account. No system can be guaranteed completely secure; we work to address issues promptly when they are reported.

The Platform is a business tool intended for BSG staff, agents, and represented athletes. Records about minors, where applicable, are entered and managed by authorized BSG personnel in the course of representation.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
